What Responsible Gaming Really Means on Jili63
At Jili63, responsible gaming isn't a legal checkbox — it's how we run the platform. We believe that every Filipino player deserves access to a gaming environment that's genuinely safe, honest about risk, and built with real safeguards. That belief shows up in every product decision we make.
Online gaming — whether you're spinning slots, watching Sabong, playing Pusoy, or betting on a PBA game — is a form of entertainment. It's supposed to add a little excitement to your day, not take over your life or create financial pressure. The moment gaming stops being fun and starts feeling like an obligation or a way to solve money problems, something has gone wrong. Jili63's responsible gaming tools exist to help you catch that shift early and do something about it.
The responsible gaming framework on Jili63 covers three areas: tools you can use yourself to manage how you play; information to help you recognise warning signs before they become serious problems; and support pathways that connect you with help if you need it. All three are explained on this page in full.
Remember: Gaming should always be funded from money you can afford to lose for entertainment — never from your budget for food, rent, utilities, or your family's needs. If those lines are blurring, it's time to use the tools on this page.
Tools Available to Every Jili63 Player
All of these tools are built directly into your Jili63 account and are available free of charge to every registered player. You don't need to justify why you're using them — they're there for you to use whenever you feel like it.
Deposit Limits
The deposit limit tool lets you set a maximum amount you can deposit into your Jili63 account over a chosen time period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once the limit is set, no deposit that would exceed it will be processed.
Go to Account Settings
Log in to your Jili63 account and navigate to Account Settings, then select the Responsible Gaming tab.
Set Your Limit Amount
Choose daily, weekly, or monthly and enter your preferred maximum deposit amount in Philippine Peso (₱).
Limit Takes Effect Immediately
Deposit limits are applied instantly when set. To reduce a limit, changes take effect immediately. To increase a limit, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies.
Session Time Limits & Reminders
It's easy to lose track of time when you're playing. Session reminders send you a notification after a period of your choosing — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours — so you can make a conscious decision about whether to continue or stop.
Choose Your Reminder Interval
From Responsible Gaming settings, set a session duration after which you'd like to receive a reminder notification on screen.
Receive Your On-Screen Alert
When your chosen session length is reached, a prominent notification appears asking whether you'd like to continue or take a break.
Reality Check Logging
Your session summary — time played and net result — is visible in your transaction history at any time so you always have a clear picture of your activity.
Temporary Account Break (Cooling-Off)
Sometimes you just need a few days away from gaming — without fully committing to a long exclusion. The temporary break option lets you lock your account for a short defined period: 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days.
During a temporary break, you cannot log in, deposit, or place any bets. Any active bonuses are paused for the duration of your break. When the break period ends, your account is automatically restored — you don't need to contact support.
A temporary break cannot be shortened once activated. This is deliberate — the cool-off period is meant to give you genuine space away from the platform.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is for players who want a firm, longer-term break from Jili63. It's a serious tool and we apply it seriously. Once you request self-exclusion, your account is closed immediately — you will not be able to access it for the duration of the exclusion, which can range from 6 months to permanent.
During self-exclusion: your account is inaccessible; any remaining real-money balance is returnable to your verified payment method; you will be removed from all Jili63 marketing lists immediately; Jili63 will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from creating a new account during the exclusion period.
Contact Jili63 Support
Email support@jili63.best or use live chat. State that you want to self-exclude and your preferred exclusion period.
Account Closed Immediately
Self-exclusion is applied within minutes of your request. No delay, no questions, no pressure to reconsider.
Recognising the Warning Signs
Problem gambling doesn't happen overnight. It develops gradually, and it can be easy to rationalise the early warning signs — especially when you're still winning sometimes or when gaming feels like the only way to unwind after a long week. Here are the signs to look out for, in yourself or in someone you care about:
Chasing Losses
Depositing more to try to win back money already lost, rather than accepting the loss and stopping.
Hiding Your Play
Keeping your gaming activity secret from family or friends, or lying about how much you spend or play.
Using Essential Money
Spending money earmarked for rent, utilities, groceries, or your children's needs on gaming instead.
Restlessness Without Gaming
Feeling anxious, irritable, or unable to relax unless you're playing, or thinking about gaming constantly.
Neglecting Relationships
Spending less time with family or friends because gaming takes priority, or arguments at home about time and money spent.
Needing Bigger Bets
Finding that the same bet amounts no longer provide the same excitement, so you keep increasing the stakes to feel the thrill.
Failed Attempts to Stop
Having tried to cut down or stop gambling before, but finding yourself unable to follow through despite genuinely wanting to.
Gambling to Cope
Using gaming to escape stress, sadness, loneliness, or other difficult emotions rather than as a leisure activity.
Recognising a problem is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whether it's one of these signs or several, the responsible gaming tools on Jili63 are here for you — and if you need more support than those tools can provide, the resources at the bottom of this page can help. You don't have to sort this out alone, Kabayan.
Healthy Gaming Habits at a Glance
These five habits keep gaming enjoyable and under control. If your current play doesn't match this picture, the tools on this page can help you get there.
Quick Self-Assessment: How's Your Gaming?
This isn't a clinical diagnostic — it's a short reflection tool to help you think honestly about your gaming habits. Answer these questions truthfully to get a clearer picture of where you stand. No data from this quiz is collected or stored by Jili63.
1. Do you ever spend more on gaming than you planned to when you started a session?
2. Have you ever borrowed money or sold something to fund gaming?
3. Do you find yourself thinking about gaming when you're supposed to be focused on work, family, or other activities?
4. Have you tried to stop or cut down gaming but found it difficult to follow through?
5. Has gaming caused arguments or tension with family members or people close to you?
The Jili63 Responsible Gaming Principles
These are the principles that guide every responsible gaming decision we make at Jili63. They're not aspirational statements — they're the actual criteria we use when deciding how to design and operate the platform.
- Entertainment First: Every game, promotion, and feature on Jili63 is evaluated as an entertainment product. If something encourages players to bet beyond their means or stay on the platform longer than is healthy, it doesn't go in.
- Transparency About Risk: We don't hide the house edge, bury wagering requirements in footnotes, or advertise bonuses in ways that make them sound like guaranteed money. Players deserve accurate information to make informed decisions.
- Tools That Actually Work: Deposit limits that can only be increased after a 7-day wait. Self-exclusion that takes effect immediately and sticks. Session reminders that are prominent, not easy to dismiss. The tools are designed to be effective, not performative.
- Early Intervention: Jili63 monitors for behavioural patterns associated with problem gambling — rapid increases in deposit frequency, chasing patterns, erratic session behaviour — and may proactively reach out to affected players with support information.
- No Underage Gambling: This one is absolute. Age verification is mandatory, and any account confirmed to belong to a player under 21 is closed immediately with deposits returned.
- Respect for Self-Exclusion: Self-excluded players are removed from all marketing communications immediately and permanently for the duration of their exclusion. We do not contact self-excluded players with re-engagement offers.
Practical Tips for Keeping Gaming Fun
These are simple habits that consistently make the difference between gaming you enjoy and gaming that causes stress. They don't require willpower — they're just practical structures that make responsible play easier.
Set a Real Budget Before You Play
Decide before your session how much you're willing to spend as entertainment — not how much you're hoping to win. Treat it like you'd treat a budget for a movie, a meal out, or a concert. When it's gone, the session is over.
Stop When You're Winning, Not Just When You're Losing
It's tempting to keep playing when you're ahead to try to win more. Set a win limit alongside your loss limit — when you hit it, take the win and stop. This habit makes gaming consistently more enjoyable.
Set a Time Limit, Not Just a Money Limit
Use Jili63's session reminders to set a maximum play time per session. Time can pass quickly when you're playing, and gaming past the point of enjoying it rarely ends well financially or emotionally.
Play When You're in a Good Headspace
Avoid gaming when you're stressed, tired, or emotionally low. Gaming in those states is more likely to result in impulsive decisions and overspending. If you've had a rough day, a walk or a call with a friend usually helps more.
Never Chase Losses
Losing streaks are part of gaming — the odds are what they are. Chasing losses with bigger bets or extra deposits never statistically improves the situation and almost always makes it worse. If you've hit your budget for the day, it's time to stop.
Talk About It Openly
Gaming is more fun when it's not a secret. Keeping your gaming activity completely hidden from your household or close friends is worth examining. Healthy leisure doesn't usually need to be hidden.
